Field Review of Existing Buildings
Our surveys focus on evaluating buildings and support systems such as lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Our reports outline the description of any issues observed, the nature of the mechanism that has caused damage or failure, provide an objective assessment of the systems, and a list of options for remedial action including estimated budget costs for implementation.
Title-24 Analysis and Load Calculations
Performed in conjunction with the design of mechanical systems or as a stand-alone service for commercial and residential buildings. Cooling load calculations may be performed with or without the additional Title-24 reports.
Multi-Discipline CADD Services
Our project computer drafting and design services include defining client needs, providing architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and fire protection drawings from engineered design, red-line corrections, and preparation of as-built drawings from field red-lines. Projects include new facilities, renovations, repairs, and remodeling.
Specialized CADD Services
